Rhyme for Number of Days in Each Month

If you want to make sure that students also learn the number of days in each month of the year then you can use the following rhyme.

Rhyme 1

Thirty days has September,
April, June, and November,
all the rest have thirty-one.
February has twenty-eight,
but leap year coming one in four
February then has one day more.

Rhyme 2

Thirty days hath September, April, June, and November; All the rest have thirty-one, Excepting February alone, And that has twenty-eight days clear, and twenty-nine in each leap year.
